At Leg Avenue, we want you to feel confident and sexy in your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items in their original, unworn packaging. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain intimate apparel and hosiery cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn and in resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
